Recommended uses include:

INFLAMMATION: hot and swollen tissue (strains)gently massage 3 drops to affected area or apply a cold compress

COLD COMPRESS: fold paper towel, wet with cold water, squeeze out excess water, apply 2-4 drops of the oil blend and place on swollen tissue (use for headaches, sports injuries, fatigue, overheating…)

TIRED FEET AND POOR CIRCULATION: place 2 drops on the bottom of your feet and rub in, a make a cold compress and place behind your neck.

EXCESS SWEATING OR OVERHEATING: make a cold compress and place behind your neck

BONE SPUR, SHIN SPUR AND BRUISED BONES: place 2 drops on the bottom of your feet, shins or bone
