| Plantar Fasciitis is the inflammation of the plantar fascia, the ligament connection the ball of the foot to the heel bone. |

Plantar Fasciitis happens when your plantar fascia is overused or stretched too far. As the fascia inflames under the constant strain of walking or standing, it pulls at your heel. Untreated it could be creating a bony prominence called a bone spur.
Symptoms include: Severe pain at the arch and heel of the foot• sharp pain on the inner part of you heel.Pain can be most severe when you first get out of bed or stand up after sitting for some time, after climbing stairs, standing on tip toes or after long periods of standing.
| Possible causes • Shoes with poor arch support • tightness of the foot and calf, extreme stress on the heel bone, the arch of the foot …. |

BONE THERAPY This slight cooling Aloe-based gel has a soothing and calming neuralgic effect (dulls pain). Lavender, Chamomile and Yarrow calms pain, while Comfrey stimulates bone regeneration, strengthens bone/facia connection, and Arnica helps with inflammation, bruising and pain relief, and promotes the strengthening of a healthy bone-facia connection to prevent building of a bone spur (which is felt as a sharp, stabbing pain on one particular place on your heel).
If you have a BONE SPUR as a result from Plantar Fasciitis, use Peppermint or PEPPERMINT/LAVENDER Essential Oil. Apply one or two drops to bone spur to manage pain from the bone spur. Still treat the arch of the foot with the Plantar Fasciitis Treatment, as the bone spur is the result from the facia that connects the heel of the foot with the toes is overstretched and tries to pull on the periosteum (skin that surrounds the bone).
Peppermint/Lavender Blend is also great to revive tired feet.
