Suggested use:

Take preventative or at first sign of sore throat, cough and sinus infection. Shake well before use. For best effectiveness, take 6-8 drops on back of tongue 2-5 times daily or as needed. This blend is a little bit spicy – so start off slow. This tincture can also be diluted in 1 teaspoon of water (before first time use, dip you finger into blend and put this on your tongue to see how it feels).
