What is the lymphatic system?
The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins. The primary function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body. Lymph nodes are the body’s first line of defense as part of the immune system.
When should you start using Respiratory Extreme?
- When you are in an environment that is conducive to spreading disease, like crowded places, air travel; use the Respiratory Extreme as a preventative measure to protect yourself from getting sick
- At first signs of a sore throat or other respiratory infection
How to apply?
- Rub a small amount of the Respiratory Extreme under the chin, on throat and neck, around ears (where we find a dense collection of lymph nodes). If you have already contracted the cold or flu, rub a small amount on your forehead as well.
- If you are expecting to be in an environment, where it is likely to contract illness, apply a small amount to the orifices of the head (nose, eyes, mouth and ears). This is were bacteria is most likely to invade.
